Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Third Line Support Technician who will be responsible for providing technical solutions and advice for the BI and EDRM software products provided by the business.  The successful candidate must have extensive experience in these products and be able to hit the ground running. The role is instrumental in working with the support teams and delivering improvements in customer support and experience.

Job overview:

  • Working on and resolving complex BI Warehouse and EDRM issues raised by customers
  • Working in integrated environment across multiple technologies
  • Assist in building and maintaining a knowledge base for use across the business, assisting with documentation
  • Strong understanding of support processes and procedures

Candidate Requirements:

  • Technically proficient with extensive experience in application support of BI Warehouse and EDRM
  • Expertise in Servers, urls, Database and file structures is also required
  • Strong understanding of Programming Language
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach and use of methodologies such as ITIL and lean thinking
  • A friendly and collaborative attitude and strong team player but with a motivation to work under own initiative
  • Good experience with Microsoft IT technologies
  • Possess good personal organisation and time management abilities
  • Fast learner and adaptable
  • Be a point of contact for support queries and training
  • Innovative and out of the box thinking
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Desirable to have a background in the Social Housing sector Previous experience in a similar role and have excellent SQL skills.
