Scanning

This will allow you to scan and attach any electronic file to a financial transaction or a supplier and/or customer.

Auto Bank Reconciliation

You can import your bank statement to automatically match against financial transactions.

Direct Debits

Create Direct Debit files that can be sent to the bank for processing and generate automatic receipts.

Reporting

Combined with the reporting tool XLR, you can draw real-time information from the finance database into the familiar surroundings of Excel. The system allows you to create high level management reports and forecasts, while enabling you to drill down to data at the transactional level. You have an extensive number of reporting options available and you can save specific enquiries to be used again and made available to all staff. In addition, you can schedule reports to run and be delivered at specific times using Castleton Reporting.

The SQL database structure means that the Financials system is fully scalable and can accommodate multiple companies and entities, while easily managing intercompany postings and reconciliations.
